Fan Day is set for next Saturday, August 6th. Georgia fans can watch the team practice between the hedges of Sanford Stadium.

The event is free of charge, although fans who wish to have their photo taken with Uga X in the Athletic Box on North Side will need a ticket. The 150 available tickets will be distributed at the east end ticket windows on East Campus Rd. They go on sale at 11 a.m., but fans should get there earlier if they want to be assured of a ticket. Uga X will be available for photos with ticket holders later at 2-4 p.m. Ticket holders must be in line for the photo by 2:30 p.m.

Practice starts at 2:30 p.m. and lasts until 4:30 p.m. During the practice, concessions will be available in most lower deck locations and some upper deck vendors. Players and Kirby Smart will be available to autograph posters of the 2016 Georgia schedule afterwards.

Parking is available in most campus decks, including: East Campus Rd., Psychology-Journalism, Clarke Howell, Legion Field, Tate Center parking deck, Hull St. parking deck and North Campus parking deck. The Tate Center lot will have some additional handicap parking.

It’s expected to be partly cloudy with a high in the low 90s. There’s a chance of thunderstorms. Get there early to sit in the shade! Gates open at 1:30 p.m.
